Ordered this for a trip away and discussed delivery speed with the owner before ordering. Went ahead and ordered, but the hat did not arrive in time. Slow response from owner, who eventually shipped out another hat. This one did actually arrive although it was about 7 days after it was required. Quality of the hat is good, although the image on the website does not accurately reflect the actual design on the hat. As stated in email correspondence to the store, I will restrict my purchases to in store shopping in future, as delivery / response times were poor.
